The Writer
Ask any of the hundreds of people that have read something written by Marcia Samuels, what they think about her writing, and you will get an answer with words such as prolific, incredible, and unbelievable. Coupled with phrases such as, “What a gift”, “Her words dance off the pages”, “You certainly can tell a story”, “I laughed, I cried”, just to mention a few. This extraordinary talented writer has been hearing those accolades of praise since age eleven. “That’s probably the one thing that has remained constant in my life,” says Marcia. Marcia is a published writer of poems, short stories, and articles. Four of her stage plays have been produced, and seen by thousands. She has also done many work-for-hire, re-writes, and ghost-writings of stage plays, screenplays, movie treatments, lyrics, procedure manuals, employee manuals, and business plans. Marcia, says, “Ever since a child, my writing has touched many people’s lives, and that is my mission to use this gift to touch the life of one person, one city, one state, and one country at a time.”
Marcia P. Samuels currently resides in New York, USA, with her daughter and grandson.
In the first of many of her major breakthroughs, Marcia wrote her first book “What in the hell do you want”, from that book emerged “Tell hell I aint comin”
This artistic and prolific Writer, Producer and Director, went on to write and produce many more, but “Tell hell I ain’t comin” took the west coast of America by storm, now New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, USA and coming soon at a theatre near you in London, Toronto and Ghana.
